Maintenance policy

Acrylic/ Gel-X

  • Refill every 2-4 weeks depending on your grow out

  • Maximum 3 refills before requiring a soak off and new set

  • Rebalance after the 4 weeks mark (Changing the structure without soak off)

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive your full service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability.

I understand that things may happen if you are running late, please communicate that ASAP and I will do my best to accommodate you. This policy is in place to keep the schedule running smoothly and to respect the time of all clients.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
